Depression Management

Depression Management

Depressive disorders are characterized as a collection of symptoms inducing feelings of helplessness, hopelessness and worthlessness as well as physical symptoms such as fatigue, difficulty concentrating and poor sleep. Depressive disorders may include Major Depressive Disorder, Dysthymic Disorder, and periods of prolonged or complicated grief. Typical treatment may include medication management and/or psychotherapy.

Anxiety Management

Anxiety Management

Anxiety is a naturally occurring phenomenon that all humans experience. In most cases anxiety is mild and beneficial for survival and motivation. However, sometimes the levels of anxiety a person feels are no longer productive and actually prevent necessary daily activities. When anxiety reaches this unproductive level an Anxiety Disorder is generally diagnosed. Anxiety disorders may include Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, and Panic Disorder.

Bipolar/Bipolar Depression

Bipolar/Bipolar Depression

Sometimes our brains need to get back in balance so we can sleep, function, maintain our relationships, perform well in our jobs and in school. We can help you achieve balance and stability. Mood stabilization is essential for overall well-being. You do not have to do this alone.

PTSD/Complex Trauma

PTSD/Complex Trauma

Many symptoms of mental heal conditions stem from trauma that the individual has experienced in their lives. We prescribed mental health medications to help each person with symptoms of trauma, such as anxiety, depression, insomnia- for example.
